NOTICE OF SALE TO CREDITORS AND OTHER INTERESTED PARTIES

Notice is hereby given that Lauren M. Lamb, solicitor for the plaintiff, has filed a lawsuit to sell real estate free and clear of all liens, judgments and encumbrances.

Plaintiff, Lester A. Villella, received an offer of $159,000.00, subject to a conditional mortgage for plaintiff’s real estate property known as 6687 Pansy Ringgold Road, Summerville, PA 15864 in the County of Jefferson, free and clear of all privileges and charges.

A zoom hearing will be held on May 16, 2022 at 10:00 a.m. before Judge Thomas P. Agresti for the purposes of conveying said Complaint when and where all objections will be heard, when and where the public is invited; and when and where higher and better offers will be accepted.
