Farewell to the first house

The house holds a long, twisted history. First, Williams lost the ownership house because Richard would have given it to his ex-wife Lakeisha for only 10 dollars. To which the 80-year-old man’s argument is still strong that he was robbed while his wife used fraudulent methods to steal the property. In fact, he filed a lawsuit against Lakeisha, accusing him of forging his signature on the title deeds.

Additionally, the Florida-based house is now under the thumb of “hard lender” David Simon. Simon loaned Lakeisha $279,000, which she spent on a bankrupt trucking company. Following which the property is put up for sale, with the majority of the proceeds going to the lender, who owes $513,213.67, including interest.

Even though William’s wife filed for bankruptcy, she and Richard’s claims were dismissed by the court. Thus sealing the fate of the house, which Richard bought in 1995 for $355,000 with Serenais Mom Oracene.
